Raindrops......

......I had intended to have this a Wordless Wednesday post but was having computer problems and couldn't get it done. It can still be wordless (almost). There is not much need for words for these pictures, all made this week......

Lots of rain does not mean the garden cannot be enjoyed. There are daily pleasures to relish in. But, it is beginning to look like a jungle here!

"No individual raindrop ever considers itself responsible for the flood."

"May the raindrop fall lightly on your brow. May the soft winds freshen your spirit. May sunshine brighten your heart. May the burdens of the day rest lightly upon you and may God enfold you in the mantle of His love."

    1. Thank you. I love raindrop scenes in the garden, too. I just changed that awful sentence I had near the end. Not sure if it is right yet.

  5. So beautiful, your garden after the rain! I loved looking at each one.

(As an aside, I would have a very hard time participating in "Wordless Wednesday"...mainly due to the fact that it's...uh...wordless.) ;)

    1. Thanks Cheryl. My posts are usually picture heavy but, I am a better picture taker than a writer.

  6. These are such lovely flower portraits with all the raindrops! So rare here. But we are into the summer monsoons now and get an occasional shower. Always smells so wonderful. Your garden is beautiful!

    1. Thank you. Rain every day here and things are about to get out of hand. I love the fresh look of a wet garden but don't like to work in one.
